Terms of service.

Crinis Hair is a hair maison operating from Accra, Ghana, selling raw virgin hair bundles, closures, frontals, and hand-finished wigs worldwide.

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be verified — in which case you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of your checkout and may be converted for display. Payment is processed by our secure payment providers; we never store your card details. Any bank or currency-conversion fee is charged by your bank, not by us.

Bundles within Accra are delivered same day; wigs take 3–5 days to complete and deliver. International orders ship in up to 14 days, excluding wig production time. Full detail is in our shipping & delivery policy. Timelines are estimates and courier delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund.

Bespoke wigs and custom-coloured pieces are made to your confirmed specification. Once production begins, the specification cannot be changed and the piece cannot be resold, so cancellation terms in our refund & cancellation policy apply.

Raw hair is a natural product. Slight variation in texture, colour tone, and density between bundles is expected and is not a defect. Lifespan depends on care: damage from heat above 180°C, harsh chemicals, bleaching outside a professional salon, or neglect is not covered.

All content on this site — images, text, the Crinis Hair name and logo — belongs to Crinis Hair and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for results achieved by a third-party stylist installing, cutting, or colouring your piece.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
