Every Crinis order leaves our Accra atelier hand-checked, sealed, and tracked. Below are the delivery timelines we commit to.

Within Accra, Ghana
Bundles, closures, and frontals ordered within Accra are delivered the same day. Orders confirmed late in the evening may be delivered first thing the following morning.
Wigs are made to order. Production and delivery together take 3–5 days from the moment your specification is confirmed.
International shipping
International orders ship by insured express courier and take up to 14 days to arrive. If your order includes a wig, add the 3–5 day production window before the shipping period begins.
Tracking is shared by email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is collected.
Customs, duties & addresses
Import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees charged by the destination country are payable by the client. Please confirm your delivery address before checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address is charged at cost.
