Lengths, care, shipping and bespoke — the answers our boutique clients ask most often.

What lengths and densities are available?
Bundles are offered from 14” to 30” in 2-inch increments, with single, double, and super-double drawn weights. Wigs are made in 16”–28” lengths with 150% to 250% density. Custom lengths can be requested at consultation.
Can I dye or bleach Crinis Hair?
Yes. Because Crinis is raw virgin single-donor hair, it lifts and tones cleanly. We recommend trusting a licensed colourist and a bond-builder during the process to preserve the cuticle.
How should I care for my bundles and wigs?
Wash every 7–10 wears with sulphate-free shampoo, condition mid-length to ends, air-dry on a stand, and seal with a lightweight oil. Avoid heat above 180°C and silk-wrap or bonnet at night.
What is the shipping and return policy?
We ship worldwide via insured express courier, typically within 5 business days. Bespoke pieces ship in 4–6 weeks. For hygiene reasons, hair products are final sale; exchanges are reviewed case-by-case if the bundle is unopened with seals intact.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Crinis offers two- and four-instalment plans on orders over $400 at checkout, and bespoke clients can split atelier commissions across the production timeline.
